– support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains
– uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
– contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
– define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
– maintain a knowledge database

Due to the variety of different systems used, there is plenty of scope for enhancing technical skills as well as gaining an understanding of how the Asset Management business and IT operates within a large investment bank. Good communication skills and excellent written and spoken English/Mandarin are essential as the position involves working closely with both the business and other IT teams.

Your job as part of Asset Management IT team will be to define and implement IT services, processes, tools. Ensure production stability, drive service improvement initiatives and performance reporting and measurement. You will have opportunity to gain front to back knowledge of business processes and associated applications. You will carry out processes, measurement and other activities towards Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and other ITIL components.
