The Enterprise Infrastructure Projects (EIP) team is responsible for the successful implementation of large scale, complex projects that span across multiple infrastructure technical disciplines and locations. The team aims to meet business requirements through delivery of creative and effective Technology solutions.

Asia EIP is currently seeking a senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead project teams with structured project management methodology and to deliver the completion of infrastructure projects in the region and globally. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver projects and programs in multiple technical areas, including Data and Voice Networking, Security, Distributed systems, Applications, Data centers and other emerging Infrastructure technologies
• Drive end to end execution of projects/program consisting of multiple work streams
• Effective horizontal and vertical facilitation and communication with Business Units, Corporate Services, Finance, IT SME and other back office departments
• Liaison to Operations teams, Business Management, Project Management Office and other Technology teams
• Manage regional and global projects, virtual teams and matrix management experience
• Identify and capture the risks and exceptions and subsequently monitor, track and manage them
• Manage the individual work stream leads and oversees project progress, manages risks and dependencies at a project or program level
• Manage budgeting and cost management processes for all work streams and communicate to business management for appropriate funding levels
• Ensure consistent and consolidated reporting across work streams
• Create and articulate executive level communication on a project or program level
• Responsible for senior stakeholder management, communications and escalation

Skills Required
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact with highly skilled technology professionals, senior management, business users and stakeholders
• Ability to manage large, highly critical regional and global projects and programs
• Ability to work in regional and global teams and in different time zones
• Attention to details, abilities to articulate and drive execution
• Thorough understanding of current technology and business processes
• Extensive experience in project management, planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, executive communication
• Highly developed understanding of various Infrastructre technology stack
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, influencing and analytical abilities
• Strong organizing, presentation and vendors management skills
• An ability to creatively and economically merge disparate technological environments including desktop platforms, server platforms, application technologies, telecommunications/networking (voice and data), and market data technologies
• Ability to drive and influence virtual teams to perform quality work and to the desired project outcome
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, Strong sense of ownership and accountability *L1-KW1


• Bachelors or Master degree in IT, Business management or similar
• Minimum 8 years of hands on Project/program management is a must
• Proven experience in delivering diverse and complex projects e.g. Business expansion, Divestiture, Technology Integration, Data center, Risk, Joint Venture, IT Security, Electronic trading, Business analysis and Technology due diligence
• Hands on experience of Project Lifecycle and Project Planning Techniques
• Proven experience in Senior stakeholders management both regionally and globally is a must
• Highly developed financial skills and hands on experience in detailed budgeting
• Excellent understanding of Asia footprint, regulatory landscape and requirements
• Multinational Financial industry experience is a must, preferably tier 1 Investment banking experience
• Experience of managing large size, multicultural virtual and direct team management in Asia and globally
• Formal project management training desirable
• Mandarin, Cantonese language skills preferred
