Drive ITO innovation agenda and strategy. Design, promote and implement the innovation programme

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing and communication roadmap to promote and increase brand awareness, from internal mindset changes to external market engagement
- Conduct analysis to identify challenges and opportunities across multiple business lines and global markets
- End to end execution of the innovation programmes, events and campaigns
- Produce and present communication briefs and materials
- Stay up-to-date digital and innovation technologies and its competitive landscape
- Relationship integration and stakeholders management with wide range of senior executives are key components of this role

Qualifications and Skills

- Strategic, creative and flexible mindset, self-motivated and driven, ability to move strategic into operational
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skill
- Excellent decision making and problem identification/solving ability
- Hands on experience with marketing, PR and event management tools and practices
- Overall financial services industry knowledge, including external digital environment
- Proven ability to work with and influence at senior management and stakeholders
- People leadership and able to manage / work in a team
- Advanced business analysis in a change environment, with a mixture of business, operations and technology focused
