You will be part of the Business Integration (BI) team in the PB APAC COO division that focuses on improving Front Office end user adoption of different change programs. Our BI team works closely with the CtB (Change The Bank) and RtB (Run The Bank) teams alongside other departments to ensure change programs are properly rolled out to the end users with the goal of minimizing disruption and maximizing the acceptance and benefits to the end users. The BI team are organized into these areas:

a) Deployment stream focuses on the business rollout which require working closely with IT on the technical deployment aspect. It drives the overall project management activities across all product launch activities
b) Change/Communication stream focuses on the following: Organizational Change, Stakeholder Management & Analysis, Communications and Marketing Strategy, Coaching, Sponsorship Planning and Execution
c) Business Change Advisers (BCAs) have a focus on: Change Impact Analysis, Training Material Preparations, Execution of Training, Provision of Support and Transition to BAU, Measurement & Evaluation. In this role, based in Hong Kong, you will join as a member of the BCAs and will focus on the following activities: execution and control of training strategy and plan, providing early life support& transition to BAU as outlined by the Change Management roadmap. He/she will also provide feedback to the other 2 streams to ensure training/user rollout strategy and plan is in line with the user needs. Primary Responsibilities
  • Work with project leads and relevant stakeholders to prepare the appropriate training strategy plan
  • Responsible for preparation, delivery and measurement of effective training as directed
  • Maintain and update the training and communication materials, where necessary
  • Provide Walk the Floor Support to Front Office colleagues
  • Support the broader team when required


You Offer
  • Excellent spoken and written language skills (fluent English with other Asian languages, Cantonese is a plus)
  • You have the relevant experience in banking (preferably from private banking field)
  • You are able to quickly learn complex concepts and is able to train others on the same topic
  • You are a good communicator and can build strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders within the Bank
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment but also has the ability to work as a responsible team member who is open to suggestions
  • Structured and methodological in its work
  • Able to multitask on opposing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • You possess exceptional skills to manage complicated scenarios and open to seek for guidance when required Is proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools Has 5 years or more working experience in training, communication, project or change management capacity preferably within a financial institution or alternatively has experience within the financial training field
  • Can demonstrate flexibility in supporting other BI initiatives when necessary
