Job Description

Assist Manager to manage the daily operations on fire insurance process (Bank / Self / Master Policy).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

The job holder is responsible for:-
a) Participate various loan processing activities especially on fire insurance and provide operational support to our hub centre - GSSC Chennai & TJ.
b) Ensuring effective operational support and service standards are always in place for all business promotion and marketing campaigns.
c) Support the testing and implementation of system enhancements while strengthening risk control, improve service quality, reducing operational cost and enhancing productivity.
d) Handle internal and external client enquiries/complaints confidently and reliably.
e) Adhering to all policies and guidelines as laid down in Group Operational Risk-Policy and Procedures Manual. Special attention to be paid to Key Risk Indicators and Key Control Self Assessment reporting.
f) To identify and report all exceptions on non compliance with standard controls.

Qualifications and Skills

a) Degree holder preferable but not mandatory
d) Fluent Cantonese and English. Mandarin preferable
c) Related job experience in lending activities e.g. loan maintenance, reconciliation
d) Basic skills on WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, macro functions, pivot table required
e) Positive and outgoing attitude
f) Teamwork oriented
