Chorus team strives to build a fully systematic quantitative fund. The team is committed to orchestrate trading, research and infrastructure through clean, maintainable code. The team is composed of experts with skills ranging from system administration, data science, software engineering, coming from various industries from finance, ad-tech and hardware vendors. They believe in agile methodologies, use Kanban in their day to day work, do retrospectives.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide level 1 support for the following services of the fund:
-Trading
-Data
-Infrastructure

When applicable, perform root cause analysis/resolution and write post-mortem reports

Receive queries from the fund teams (research, compliance, risk, etc) and route them to the correct team if needed

You will work closely with:
-Trading desk, operation and risk teams to investigate issues
-Software engineering to improve production processes and resolutions
-Business users to understand their issues and improve resolution time

Role Requirements:

Education/Qualifications:
-Degree in IT or equivalent experience

Experience:
-General knowledge of computer science is needed
-Experience with the quantitative asset management industry is a plus
-Experience working for a global organization

Knowledge and Skills:
-SQL experience
-Basic knowledge of Linux is appreciated
