BizConnect Service Manager

  • Responsible for servicing of customers' inquiries and operational transactions includes loan, fund transfer and time deposits.
  • Liaise with various internal Business Units and operational departments in resolution of customer related issues
  • Other operational duties and administrative support as may be assigned from time to time


Qualifications
  • Good knowledge in Corporate Banking operations
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Meticulous , organised and ability to work independently
  • Good team player who is able to work with both internal and external partners
