First Vice President / Vice President, Central Bank Reporting


The incumbent will be the Team Lead for MAS Notice 637 reporting and submissions, including mandatory public disclosures. Overseeing the preparation and submission of quarterly MAS637 returns and public disclosures, as well as periodic data returns to MAS, he/she will also oversee the preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts and annual budget on capital and risk weighted assets. He/She will be the liaison with MAS, Group Audit and External Auditors and collaborate with Group Risk and other functions within the Bank to i) assess and implement regulatory changes including comments on consultation papers and submission of quantitative impact studies to MAS; and ii) support businesses as Subject Matter Expert on capital and risk weighted asset matters.

Job Requirement
  • A recognised degree with at least 8 years experience in financial/regulatory reporting and/or as an auditor with at least 2 years as team lead.
  • Understanding of MAS Notice 637 and Basel Accord.
  • Articulate, numerate, attention to details and able to drive change, where necessary.
