Position Description
The Physical Identity Access Management (PIAM) team is responsible for the administration of access control devices in Bank of America buildings, management of the PIAM governance program, and Photo ID program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure access control devices are installed and maintained according to established security standards, management of routine governance programs, production of employee identification badges, and customer support for card holders, Photo ID field technicians, and Access Control Representatives.
  • Supports Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) and Operations (GMOMO) line of business (LOBs) to manage access rights, suspension, and reactivation for employees covered under the Global Markets Policy.
  • Conducts random biweekly access checks for any GBAM employees that may have violated the policy. Generates access and suspension reports for multiple LOBs on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Key Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of two years experience in handling computers with basic IT skills in MS office.
  • At least Diploma / GCE 'A' Levels or equivalent professional qualifications (exception applies for 'O' Level applicants with experience)
  • Have strong analytical ability and possess flair in writing.
  • Preferably should have been trained and worked on Access Control, CCTV and Fire Suppression systems.

  • Must be capable of accomplishing the following:
  • a. Manage Photo ID badging activity, security access card issues, provisioning and de-provisioning of access.
  • b. Monitoring of Access Control, CCTV and Fire Safety & Suppression systems in the Fire Command Center as required, report incidents and facilitate response activity.
  • c. Manage CCTV and alarm transactions in Asia Pacific Region.(APAC)
  • d. Monitoring of security situations and occurrences in APAC.
  • e. Manage and coordinate any security assignment in Corporate Security, as and when required by the BAML Corporate Security Manager.
