The role holder will play Techno functional role in reporting frame work across WB and CDD domain projects by working with both onshore and offshore locations including vendor deliverables. * Total of 6 to 8 years IT experience of which at least 4-5 years in technology design and development of DataWarehouse,ETL/DB related areas. * 4-5 years prior Data warehouse, ETL / DB related technical expertise * Techno functional role with good corporate banking domain knowledge and with strong business acumen * Working Experience in implementation of large scale global platforms * Process adherence * Strong analytical and problem solving * General network knowledge and standard networking protocols * Understanding of versioning tools (SVN, Git) * Experience in Design Patterns * Responsibility for the Code Quality measures * Data architecture - for relational and dimensional modelling skills * Data acquisition architecture and design skills for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, de-dupe, aggregation and target loading using tools like Informatica Powercenter * Very large DB, optimization and tuning experience specially on Oracle DB, Linux Server Operating Systems, * Hands on skills on Data migration, Data Conversion * Proficiency in the following technical concepts necessary o Oracle Database SQL knowledge with physical modelling and optimization o Data quality and data profiling o Data migration

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the business goals, objectives and strategies, help design business systems that align with the business vision * System analysis skills to convert business requirement to Functional specification leading to architecture and design. * Responsible for capability development of the team/ unit and contributes to development plans for the entire organisation. * Responsible for quality and timely deliverables * Responsible for planning, conducting and directing the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems * Work closely with Operations to provide new or improved solutions, so as to continually improve process efficiencies, lower unit cost of processing, and better management of operational risks * Work closely with rest of Technology service teams to improve system up-time, availability, and resilience * Assemble formal and informal teams of Subject Matter Experts to create a comprehensive solution * Managing end-to-end activities from Technical design, development, quality, testing and implementation * Identify and manage technology related areas of risk (e.g. software obsolescence)

Qualifications and Skills

* Engineering, MBA or MCA degree in Computers or IT, with 6 to 8 years of experience in technology systems development & implementation, including at least 4-5 years of experience in prior Data warehouse, ETL / DB related technical expertise. * Advanced SQL scripting including dynamic and complex stored procedures experience. * Self-managing and ability to lead project solution end-to-end * Experience in latest technologies like ETL Informatica- Power center, Application servers, Database management systems, reporting, and analytical and design tools, etc. * Proficiency in the following technical concepts necessary o Oracle Database SQL knowledge with physical modelling and optimization o Data quality and data profiling o Data migration * Experience in Linux Shell scripting and Control M scheduler. * Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks * Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team * Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills * Proven management, leadership, problem solving and motivational skills. Technical Competence * Data * Data Modelling * In-depth knowledge in Oracle RDBMS * ETL tools such as Informatica-Powercenter * Performance and Throughput measures * Integration * Integration using ESB/MOM/WS based technologies * Data Formats Training, Qualifications and Certifications * Training/qualifications and Certifications in some of the functional and/or technical domains as mentioned will be an added advantage
