System Analyst - Team Lead (Consumer Credit Processing & Wealth Management)

• Pro-actively look for production system improvements and defects prevention to add value to business
• Work with vendors to understand and apply hotfixes with proper test management cycle
• Negotiate maintenance contracts and ensure it is renewed on time
• Provide subject matter support to business change requests
• Pro-actively manage risks related matters and ensure there is no overdue items
• Establish and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders to ensure user priorities are handled within expected timelines
• Work with other teams in IT and coordinate system related activities
• Ensure compliance to internal policies and processes
• Responsible for staff development and appraisal in a matrix regional structure

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information technology with 6-8 years' work experience in similar capacity
• 5 years working experience in banking environment, mandatory with experience in supporting consumer credit processing & wealth management systems
• Technically competent in Web based technologies (XML, HTML and JavaScript), C, C++, .Net, Java software tools, SQL server, Oracle and Wintel
• A self-motivated personality, and able to work efficiently by himself/herself, as well as, in a team
