Are you looking for a change? Would you like to be part of a highly qualified team and handle a service platform? Our international high caliber client operating in the insurance sector is looking for an SME in Swift and Payment applications.

Your experience/skills:

  • You are holding a Bachelor Degree in Business-Informatics or equivalent
  • You have several years of experience as a Support Agent; ideally within the banking/finance sector
  • Very strong understanding of SWIFT standards and financial messaging
  • You have a customer and service oriented mind-set
  • Good understanding of programming and scripting tasks (Java)
  • You are fluent in English; Spanish or German knowledge would be a plus
  • Knowledge of SWIFT tools, Incentage, Gain or Accurate would be beneficial
  • Good understanding of database systems (Oracle) and IT infrastructure is a plus

Your tasks:

Application 2nd level Support:

  • Investigation and escalation of issues reported by central team or by end users.
  • Perform standard changes and service requests as well as provide user guidance and support during financial close periods
  • Ensure know-how transition to TRIS service center (1st level support)

Project Work:

  • Support local projects according to business requirements and work with Business Analysts on the solution design
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with existing and new customers to analyze information needs and requirements
  • Document Project activities and Solutions
  • Collaborate with the central platform support team in the design of solutions, implementation of solutions, design and related documentation
  • Perform unit and integration tests

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Report to Service Manager
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to your team maids
  • Act according to the existing standards & workflows and help to improve them
