The successful candidate should be able to meet the following criteria:

•Strong, sound background in securities finance and money markets – Essential
•Be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the evolving Securities Finance products; gained in either a front, operations or technology related role
•Have experience in analysis and writing functional specifications for financial market products
•Be well organized and understand the project management process
•Understand the agile development methodologies, in particular SCRUM and Kanban
•Be extremely dynamic, confident and an excellent communicator – must be able to put points across in a salient and effective manner
•Have the ability to effectively communicate product functionality, targeted based on understanding to the needs of our clients and markets
•Must be able to quickly and effectively identify and resolve functional issues
•Must be a "self starter" who identifies, resolves and reports on issues in a timely and effective manner
