GOSD Transformation Change Service Lead # 087067

  • Co-location to IT & Buss clients in London to which production services are provided.

  • Define & deliver the support service catalogue & associated service GOSD service level changes in support of the new service company structure.

  • Define and continually improve core processes as well as performance on metrics.

  • SLA management, ensuring response/resolution of issues is achieved within agreed times and negotiating new agreements with clients based on changing business needs.

  • Contributing to and managing work streams to implement service improvement and transformation goals.

  • Championing delivery quality and ITIL process within the team, managing internal change initiatives via Continual Service Improvement methodologies.

  • Maintain the 24/7 health of the technology platforms.

  • Transform the GOSD Production & Performance horizontal to a service driven organisation.

  • Lead TCO efficiencies & reductions.

  • Support critical global initiatives such as the implementation of Service Company’s.

  • Provide global regulatory demands regarding service management oversight and supervision.

     



  • Knowledge of & proven track record of delivering IT service management.

  • Understanding of ITIL.

  • You must be a leader who is technically minded, diligent with great communications and organisational skills as well as willing to provide the highest level of service.

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative & decision making in pressured situations.

  • Understanding of a large banking enterprise, its processes.

  • Maintaining a high-level standard when dealing with the company's IT services.

  • Experience of practice in the design of IT services, processes, & other aspects of the service management effort.

  • Good interpersonal skills – Confident, solid communication skills with good work attitude, proactive.

  • Effective time management - Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

  • Solid Analytical skills – Investigate issues with attention to details and accuracy.

  • Ability to develop constructive relationships and communicate in a global matrixes organization.
