Specialising in developing cloud-based, software solutions for leaders in the insurance industry, my client is seeking a Project Manager (Insurance, Implementation, Agile) to lead these implementation projects based on each clients bespoke needs.

You will be responsible for working with stakeholders on client site to define, plan, and implement major projects, you will provide leadership, project coordination, consultancy, and implementation services. In addition to developing strong client relationships, you will also be responsible for leading your assigned team through the implementation process. Project Manager (Insurance, Implementation, Agile)

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of bespoke insurance software.
  • Developing full programme life-cycles, designing Target Operating Models and identifying any potential issues or pitfalls.
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships, building your network across the practice.
  • Facilitating a highly agile environment and all aspects of the Scrum framework.
  • Coordinating transition of completed projects to the Customer relationship department.
  • Ensuring all important communication is properly documented and archived.

 

You will have

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent post-secondary education degree/certificate.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Worked in a highly agile environment, Scrum Master experience is highly favourable.
  • Any Insurance/Financial Services would be highly advantageous.
