This will be a very fulfilling and rewarding position for the right type of senior sales person to drive a Portfolio Analytics FinTech business forward and create a legacy for the future. Looking to hire an experienced solution and licence based software Sales Lead / Senior Manager with a background selling Risk or Buy-Side analytics tools

This will be working for a very successful vendor with a strong growth trajectory. They provide solutions to a range of top-tier financial institutions (Asset Managers, Fund Administration providers, Hedge Funds, Wealth Managers, Private Banks, Fund of Funds and Insurance companies).

Their emphasis is on front, middle and back office solutions that really meet the current demands of these broad range of firms. They already have a highly prestigious client book and list of reference sites that include the world’s most prestigious buy-side companies. They now need someone to join who can help them grow this established and profitable business.

You will need to be highly commercial, technically astute and have a genuine passion for solving client requirements, technology and suggesting best fit solutions based on your knowledge of the industry and this product area.

You must be skilled at developing relationships at a senior level, generating leads, reviewing and designing contracts, building pipeline, negotiation at a senior level and of course be able to construct proposals and presentations for a high grade present and future client base.  A background working with Risk/ Performance Measurement / Attribution/ Portfolio Analytics/ Fund Calculation/ Fund Analytics solutions sales would be of particular appeal – as would an established network of contacts within this sector.

You must be a robust and experienced character with long-term career placement on your CV (you will have not moved around too frequently). There is a clear reason for this, this is a real opportunity for the right person, once under their employment you will not want to leave, it has to be a long-term hire.

In the future this person will be involved in the direction of the firm and helping the business owners plan and devise strategy and growth.

This position would suit someone who is looking to work in a meritocracy where they can make a direct impact in a vendor with big growth plans and a very healthy balance sheet. This is a ‘zero politics’ environment where achievements are recognized and rewarded.

This is an evolving business, your influence and impact is crucial to the long term development of the business, they may affect the business for many years to come. You will need to possess the gravitas and confidence in your decisions to be trusted by the business owners.

A CFA qualification (or studying towards) would be ideal. You will be selling Risk/ Portfolio Analytics Solutions so a background in this realm is preferred.
