We'll be looking to design and improve the Processes, by efficiently providing support in matters related to business administrative processes. Your responsibilities lie in conducting surveys, maps and evaluate the business operating practices. Formulating flowcharts, defining the circuits and keep them all updated. Setting KPI's measurements and tracking performance will also be vital to the role, aside from managing documentation associated with the Company's policies and guidelines. The position requires the ability to interact with all sectors of the company (Internal Client) working in a team with results orientation.
To succeed in this detail-driven role, you will need 3 years of experience in process and procedures analysis or equivalent, developed in financial services companies. Understanding electronic and Digital payments is highly valuable. Ideally a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. English proficient speaker that possess great interpersonal and communication skills, while skilled in MS Office, embracing systems like Visio, Wrike, Ludic Chart and other Project Management Software.
