Business Process Analyst

The role:

You will be responsible for identifying and mapping future state processes and ensure alignment with the identified to be customer journey/experience future state.

Key accountabilities;

  • Facilitate future state (to-be) process workshops and ensure the right level of engagement and support is given by the relevant stakeholders
  • Document and map the to-be processes in the agreed templates
  • Ensure that the to-be processes are realistic, reviewed and approved by the stakeholders
  • Map the to-be business rules and ensure alignment with policies and regulations
  • Engage with the customer experience agency to ensure that a 2-way communication is established
  • Resolve any process misalignment with to-be business rules, any policy/program reforms or changes as well as the to-be customer journey
  • Work with the BIS team functional analyst and ensure that the processes and business rules flow into a process driven system requirements and design. This may involve partial documentation and/or reviews of the system requirements document

You will have;
  • Ideally, more than 5 years' experience working in similar capacity in deliver to-be state processes
  • Have worked in business projects and/or business transformation programs that require an uplift of process maturity and/or capability
  • Good understanding of how business systems work
  • A good understand of customer experience and how it should align to the backend business processes
  • It is essential that this person has demonstrated experience on the business side as this is not an IT/technology-based role
