The opportunity

We are looking for an Operational Technology Manager within the Cyber Security team in our Perth office. This role is offered on a flexible, full-time basis.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engagements
  • Mentor and manage teams
  • Be dedicated to operational and delivery excellence
  • Drive revenue that contributes to the growth of the practice

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience with Operational Technology Cyber Security and Cyber Risk. This experience should include leadership, advisory and implementation experience
  • OT Security Monitoring (Nozomi, Claroty, Splunk, Dragos)
  • Process Control Network and Industrial Control Systems security

  • Experience in assessing and/or implementing security and risk standards specially NERC CIP, NISTSP 800-53 Guide to Industrial Control Systems security
  • Strong program / project delivery on major security uplift programs
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in cyber security related roles - ideally with a Big 4 background or large IT/Security professional services firm
  • Proven experience in professional consulting - including security reporting, security audits and engaging with CSIO, CIO, CFO and CEO levels
Ideally, you'll also have

  • The ability to deliver successful cyber security engagements as a leader
  • Certifications such as SANS Industrial Controls Systems and/or Global Industrial Cyber Security Certification (GICSP)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - can work with integrity

  • Sales and relationship development experience
  • Ability to travel when required
