Project Coordinator / Officer

Working with this leading NSW Government department in the role of Project Coordinator / Officer, you will work with a large group of stakeholders to support multiple projects.

Key accountabilities;

  • Meeting scheduling often coordinating a large group of stakeholders
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Maintaining issues, risks and action registers
  • Following up action items from meetings
  • Collating status reports (from information provided by project managers)
  • Support multiple projects within a program of work
  • Supporting resources for reconciling project financials
  • Support project managers in maintaining project schedules
  • Diary management and coordination
  • Facilities administration/coordination (access, workstations, IT, on boarding/off boarding)

To be successful in this role you will possess excellent organisational skills, demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent time management skills and be an active team player. Additionally, you will have strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and Word.
