Scrum Master
Join a multi-discipline team, instilling a clear vision and a passionate drive. You'll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards.

As a Scrum Master, you'll be a strong leader, crafting a leadership style to be an example for all employees and aspiring leaders. You'll organise and guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices to ensure the best customer experience.

Partnering with internal stakeholders, you'll validate and align dependencies, ensuring you create a positive team environment that empowers all. Using your project management skills, you'll facilitate Agile ceremonies ensuring that activates are time-boxed and artefacts are visible to the team through visualisation techniques and tools.

Your technical skills will include:
  • have a fundamental understanding of software development processes and procedures
  • understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
  • experience liaising with business and technology teams to monitor and resolve ongoing business and technical issues
  • understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition
  • professional Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Master is desirable
  • familiarity with JIRA, Rally and/or Version One.
