Your role & work environment
As a Customer Journey Expert in Fraud and Cybersecurity, you will contribute to ING becoming the safest bank and a leading player in the area of fraud and cybersecurity. You coordinate the distribution of card readers (forecasting, order management, supplier relations, recycling,...) and you contribute to a process improvement program. Next to these, you analyze how we can improve web processes for our users and you work together with the Product Owner and development teams in order to build these improvements so that we and other tribes can provide a safe and customer friendly service.
Your key responsibilities
• Working closely together with colleagues with different expertise in self-steering teams with the aim to create even more added value for our internal and external customers
• Evaluating our way of working with the aim to continuously improve
• Ensure a seamless organization and delivery of security means to our customers
• Analyze and improve customer journeys in our online flow relating to security
