Field of activity

The Customer Service section manages the customer relationships of the Deutsche Börse Group. The tasks range from client maintenance including the development and maintenance of linked procedures and tools to the customer technical support. It comprises the design of efficient and automated client relevant workflows, the continuous development of a member portal, 2nd level client support for person and company admission as well as billing and fee & pricing related queries and the direct technical relationship management with our customers.

You ensure efficient client maintenance and compliance while providing first class 1st and 2nd level support for the admission process within the complete trading & clearing client lifecycle. This may include internal project coordination as part of trading and clearing related projects, for instance when new products and licenses are introduced. The role also includes the support and consultation of Key Account Managers in all client lifecycle issues and the training of Key Account Managers concerning changes related to trading & clearing related projects. You are interface and take over coordination function in approval processes as well as change processes with the specialist departments.

Tasks/ Responsibilities

  • Coordination of trading & clearing related projects
  • Training of Key Account Managers concerning new admission processes and product expansions
  • Development, optimization and editing of client lifecycle relevant forms, checklists and processes
  • Specification of business requirements and testing of admission-relevant IT-tools such as SAP CRM, Company Admission Tool or ValiT
  • Support and consultation of Key Account Managers concerning Company Mergers and new product releases
  • Maintenance of the official Eurex, Xetra and Eurex Clearing homepages concerning admission forms and agreements with CoreMedia and Adobe Pro

 Qualifications/ Required skills

  • University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and applicable compliance regulation
  • A good understanding of customer service
  • Experience in process definitions, conceptual work and structured management reporting
  • Good integrated thinking skills between business and technology
  • High commitment and motivation, distinct readiness to take on responsibility
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
