The Role:
- Structuring and execution of Leverage loans for private equity and corporate clients across the DACH region,.
- Leading deals with the Directors and with the on boarding of new leveraged corporate clients.
- Leading deal execution as may be required during the development and execution of a mandate.
- Opportunity to work on a diverse deal flow of LBOs/ Unitranche financings/ earn very strong compensation and join a collaborative team with a clear career trajectory.
The Candidate
- Successful candidate should have AD or VP level experience working within leverage finance/ LBO structuring or Debt Advisory.
- Important to have strong skills in all aspects of financial modelling (LBO and ratings) and track record in deal execution.
- Sound credit skills and developed negotiation skills with internal partners
- Fluency in both German and English is needed.
