Expansion is our mission due to strong organic growth and acquisition, as we are now seeking a high-caliber Client Service Manager for Capital Markets, to assist our growth in Hong Kong market in Corporate Trust space, Bond Trustee, Security Trustee, Facility agent, Escrows and other fiduciary management.

Responsibilities: 

  • Working with Commercial director to build HK market in Corporate Trust space, Bond Trustee, Security Trustee, Facility agent, Escrows and other fiduciary management
  • Extensive networking for new client sourcing and market development (includes deal sourcing, negotiations, deal on-boarding and closures along with Commercial director- Capital markets)
  • Facilitation in Market development, Business sourcing, pricing closure and transaction deliveries through legal and Ops teams
  • Coordination with Legal, Operations, accounts and Compliance teams on transaction and portfolio management. This shall also include facilitating creation of deal wise monitoring plans for Capital markets portfolio through Ops team and provide day to day operation support to clients.
  • Raising Invoices, Payment tracking & ensuring Payment received in constant coordination with accounts.
  • Facilitation in regulatory deliverables: this shall also include coordination for regulatory fillings etc
  • Coordination with bankers/law firms /auditors for portfolio management and bank account management

 

Education and Requirements:

  • MBA Marketing / Finance with Bachelors in Finance/Economics/Engineering

  • Sales/ marketing background in financial services/ Corporate Banking/Investment banking etc
  • Has hands on working experience in HK financial market and has strong connect with local law firms , banks and corporate administrators
  • Responsible for relationship management, product development and revenue management for at least past 2-3 years
  • Shown growth in the product segment managed.
  • Managing relationship across all industry segments; Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, Public Sector and Funds
  • Must be a known Relationship Manager with stability in any organization ( not looking for people who are changing organizations every year)
  • Has ability to create sustainable business model
  • Can handle transactions from end to end including Sales, legal and Operations
  • Must have strong communction skills with English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
