Data Business - Emerging Business Development - Assistant Vice President

Job Descriptions:

• Contribute to the successful implementation of various EBD projects across ESG, data and digital (EDD)
• Map out necessary technical and business requirements in order to identify the product and infrastructure gaps
• Devise / source suitable technical solutions internally and externally for various data project
• Establish / maintain strong networks with relevant technical solution providers (e.g. conventional partners, technical vendors
• Collect intelligence from the market re latest technical development in the data industrie
• Help source new data sets and integrate into HKEX new cloud API platfor
• Help drive commercials in the data business and structure pricing strategy

Job Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in related engineering field
• 5-7 years of experiences in data business, markets, or relevant field.
• Solid experience in implementation of analytics, index, ratings activity, decentralized systems and data infrastructure .
• Solid experience in managing relationships with technical partners, clients and vendors
• Vision of data end game model, in particular towards DeFi
• Solid understanding of both in-exchange and OTC capital markets
• Good team work spirit, strong interpersonal / communication / presentation skills
• Native / fluent speaker in Mandarin and English and excellent command of written English; other language as a plus.
