Responsibilities:
· Build the best in class delivery organization in the region
· Collaborate with Capgemini leadership team to strategize delivery operations across APAC
· Work closely with senior stakeholders within Client firms including CXOs
· Support and drive the business growth
· Responsible for planning and delivery including quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
· Responsible for people processes in the account, competency development and people engagement
You will come with:

· Experience with Insurance domain
· Knowledge of new technologies, platforms, tools and products and their respective applications
· Strong experience of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
· Ability to construct & drive Solutions, program management and estimation reviews
· Experience leading large Program and Portfolio management
· Experience in delivering fixed price projects through onsite/offshore model.
· Establish Quality standards and drive the efficiencies
· Deep understanding of the delivery cycle
· Awareness of global industry trends, directions and its impact on IT services
