Our client is a leading multinational financial organization with envious market share. Due to massive business expansion and strategic implementation roadmap ahead, this firm is urgently looking for a Digital Project Manager (2 Roles) to join their regional team in Hong Kong. You will have a fantastic opportunity to work in a diversified team which is rapidly growing with new initiatives implementation across the APAC region. It will be a challenging yet rewarding experience with substantial exposure. This role is initially a 6 months contract, with a view to extend or convert into a permanent position.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

  • Define and manage detailed project and resource plan, project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID)
  • Manage and drive the implementation of the firm’s digital transformation program
  • Work closely with cross functional and regional stakeholders across project plans, deliverables, status report and milestone charts etc
  • Manage resources, time, scope efficiently to ensure projects are launched on time and within budget
  • Liaise with various internal teams, including development teams as well as external vendors
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively to achieve the strategic outcomes of the programs and overall transformation within the organization
  • Lead projects using Agile methodology

To be considered for this role as a Digital Project Manager, you possess the following:-

  • University degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as project manager within a multinational/global organization
  • Hands on experience in digital transformation programs implementation
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
  • Proven experience in agile methodology
  • Experienced in cross-region projects and stakeholder management
  • Understand various Business Units and experience in coordinating between external and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is expected
  • Exceptional analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available candidates will have an added advantage
