An international asset management house is looking for a high calibre to join as Expense Analysis & Reporting - Senior Manager / Associate Director. The position is based in Hong Kong.

Our client is an international asset management house. They focus on providing clients with global investment solutions that meet the demands and challenges of sophisticated and complex investment and economic circumstances. With steady growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their team.

Lead the development of high quality expense reporting and analysis. Responsibility includes the delivery of timely, well-articulated expense reporting and analysis, proactive identification of strategic and commercial opportunities, tracking and analysis, as well as significant input into the planning and forecasting process for the business. Responsible for proactive identification and execution of continuous improvement opportunities, with specific focus on automation and self-service reporting functionality. Accountable for the provision and development of high quality expense reporting and analysis for the Asia business, together with value added insight and associated commentary. Identification of opportunities and associated reporting and analysis for the Asia initiatives.

To qualify, you will be a degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in financial industry. Previous expense management, reporting and analysis experience, with developed understanding of finance ledger constructs and the ability to leverage data. Experience in cross-departmental project management and initiatives. High level of business and commercial acumen. Sound communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills. Experience in development of self-serve reporting highly desirable (e.g. Power BI, etc.)
