Fintech is looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support the business and deliver a range of projects related to Windows, Cloud, Security, and Networking. You will have a great opportunity to learn new tech skills supported by a hands-on technical manager.

The Role

The Infrastructure Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the cloud and infrastructure of the Hong Kong operation. The role will involve providing tech support to the users in the office, supporting the trading systems and infrastructure, infrastructure automation, and DevOps.

We are looking for people from the following backgrounds: Cloud Engineer, Cloud Administrator, Systems Administrator, Technical Support Analyst, Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Analyst, Windows Admin, Linux Sysadmin, DevOps Engineer, Technical Specialist

Skills/Experience required for the role:

• 2-5 years of IT experience
• Strong client-facing/communication skills 
• Cloud/Infrastructure (eg AWS, GCP, Azure) ideally in Linux
• Windows Admin (Windows 10/2019, Active Directory, MCSE, MCSA or MCP)
• Any networking experience beneficial (eg CISCO, Juniper, etc)

• Migrating users to a new Active Directory domain
• Building Data Center on a private cloud (virtualization)
• Setting up the tech in new offices in Asia and Europe
• Networking projects
• Security projects including Cloud Security
• Big Data/Data Science projects
• Infrastructure Automation using Terraform
