My client is a Fintech company especially in trade finance solutions for the transformation to digital assets to join their team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to keep the update of the technology trends and developments
- Provide the strategy and guideline to Engineering staffs for the development
- Management of the day-to-day Engineering Team operation and resources
- Collaboration with senior management to maintain the policies and strategy to achieve efficiency and high safety
- Responsible for setting up quality goals, training, quality target and monitoring improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 8+years of experience and good knowledge of software development and project management
- Familiar and knowledge with trade finance on Blockchain or related areas
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
