We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Programme and Project Services Manager .

Principal responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Programme and Product Services Manager.

The Enterprise Project Management Office Senior Programme and Project Services Manager leads the Programme and Project Management Office of large programmes and projects. This role provides assistance to the Programme Manager or Senior Programme Manager or Programme Director to successfully deliver the programme and project from definition to closure. They will act as a source of guidance, governance and metrics on global programmes and projects supporting the Programme Leadership for strategic decisions.

They are responsible for following the Business Transformation Framework, using standard project management tools such as Clarity and working closely with their colleagues in Transformation team.

The Senior Programme and Project Services Manager will also be responsible for hiring, mentoring and managing a team of PMO professionals.



  • Be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of the project lifecycle and Business Transformation Frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques
  • Have sound knowledge of the purpose, value, culture and fundamentals of Transformation
  • Have extended practitioner experience in EPMO services as per EPMO Service Catalogue Experience of working in a banking environment and change programmes and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Experience of managing and developing teams or resources and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in planning and risk management
  • Qualifications in PMP Certification, MSP Practitioner Certification and MOP would be desirable but not essential
