Team Assistant, Post-Trade Change (For a 12-month Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage agenda and arrange meetings and appointments for executives
  • Organize travel and accommodation for executives
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to department
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc MIS reports
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory record
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and support duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
  • University graduate with minimum one to two years of work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
