We are looking for Management Reporting Controller
for our Budapest office
The Financial Control Group (FCG) is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial and regulatory reporting for the Firm. FCG prepares external financial reports for public filings and regulators. For internal reporting FCG, along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), summarizes, plans and forecasts the organization?s financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future revenues, expenses and earnings. FCG is comprised of Business Unit Controllers, Infrastructure Controllers, Accounting, Regulatory and Reporting groups as well as Valuation Review. Responsibilities:
The Budapest Institutional Securities (ISG) Management Reporting group is seeking to fill an analyst position that requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, technical and communication skills. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the ISG reporting:
Daily revenue reporting
Month-end close related activities (e.g. structure maintenance, provisioning)
Monthly expense reporting
Legal entity reporting
Ad-hoc analytics Qualifications: Skills required:
Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
Experience in a Finance related role is an advantage
Intermediate skills on Microsoft tools, particularly Excel
Sound numeric skills
Strong communication skills - able to deal effectively across functions and levels
Good team skills - ability to work effectively with colleagues to meet a common goal
Sound problem solving and analytical skills
Good time management skills with an ability to adapt to meet demanding deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing environment quickly and effectively
Sound analytical skills that support prompt identification and resolution of issues
