We`ll be looking for you to assist in the delivery of the Western Union Global Payments Division Audit Plan which may cover Risk Management, Accounting, Anti-Money laundering, hedging services, Sales, product development, front / middle and back-office operations, HR, IT, etc. To execute the plan, you will have to collaborate with business partners to balance business strategy with risk management controls, contribute to developing testing strategies, highlight possible data analytics opportunities and drive efficiencies in testing and documentation in the dedicated system while ensuring compliance with audit standards. Besides, you will be responsible for communicating relevant observations to key stakeholders and preparing structured reports, working with business leaders to obtain issue updates and tracking issue remediation deliverable dates. International travel of approximately 10% could be required, but not mandatory.
For such a detail-oriented role, you will need experience in working within the Money Service Business (MSB) or the banking industry / regulated environment. We would require you to have excellent written and spoken English skills, have an understanding and/or experience of testing governance, processes, and internal controls, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with limited oversight. Annual base salary gross: 23,807.00 - 43,533.00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
