We'll be looking for you to generate intelligent data that will form the basis of decisions for the business organization to evaluate the business case. By using large data sets to exact key market information, you will highlight performance, revenue opportunities and risks that would be associated with pricing strategies. Your role will be to lead, monitor and provide insight into key variances and business trends to identify risk and opportunities. You will be analyzing agent performance and evaluate commercial terms, develop and evaluate agent incentives proposals, support business in optimizing costs.
For such a role, we require you to be degree educated of financial acumen. You will have pricing experience from a commercial environment and an advanced level of Excel, including Marcos and Visual Basics. You must have experience in statistical analysis, and data manipulation with the use of tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other analytical platforms.

Annual base salary gross: 23,807 - 43,533 Eur

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
