You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic multi-lingual environment, managing a team to deliver operational services. Your team will work in close communication with other departments from compliance to accounting and client relationship teams. You will monitor and track key performance indicators, assigning tasks and workload to individual team members. You'll ensure service level agreements are met and will report regularly to upper management on your team's results. As a role model and a mentor to your team, you will also participate in, or lead projects in implementing new policies or operational changes. You will also contribute to initiatives to enhance and streamline our processes, as you try to optimize workflows in keeping with departmental goals in line with Western Union's overarching vision.
For this role, you have to be fluent in English and Italian, have a bachelor's degree in areas such as Finance, Accounting or Administration, with significant experience in supervisory positions from a financial services or payments industry. Annual base salary gross: 19,750.00 - 34,985.00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
