Credit Documentation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Support RMs in performing credit review, credit approval on legal documentation exception / in accordance to the Bank's Policies and ensure timely completion of loan documentation until the disbursement of the facilities
• Liaising with solicitors for the preparation and completion of the required security documentation
• Liaising with BBCA to ensure disbursement of the facilities to be in line with Bank's Policies within the time frame set
• Support Operations & Support Unit in account opening for customers. This include performing of AML checks, liaising with legal on approval and account services on the documentations exception
• Monitors the processing of interest and loan repayment for all accounts
• Assist RMs in handling morning excesses / technical cheques / exception
• Perform general administration functions including credit support duties (e.g. AML checks), preparation of reports and other related matters

Qualifications
Job Requirements:

• Credit related experience including loan documentation
• Knowledge / experience in processing of documentation and syndicated loans
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent interpersonal and organizing skills
• Result-oriented and quality driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
