The Role Responsibilities

•Coordinate and lead end to end delivery of platform change projects such as (but not limited to) core platform software deployments and estate wide configuration changes
•Manage full project lifecycle of initiatives and regular reporting as per defined metrics
•Contribute towards the development and enhancements of processes, procedures of the implementation framework to reduce deployment leadtimes and implementation risk.
•Manage stakeholders both internally within Platform Support and external such as engineering and GIS

Our Ideal Candidate

•University degree preferred
•Banking experience preferred.
•Knowledge of technology platforms including UNIX, Windows and Virtualization.
•Strong understanding and experience of project management methodology (PMP not required)
•Excellent communication, both written and verbally.
•Self starter, able to self manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others.
•Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver.
•ITIL Foundation v3 / ITIL Service Transition - desirable.
