The FX Solution Director INTERNATIONAL is a key management role at Kantox. You will be responsible for driving high revenue growth in international markets outside of DACH, UK, France and Germany. We already established a strong footprint with customers in multiple industries countries like Sweden, Netherlands, Italy and many more. You lead a growing team of FX Specialists (Kantox direct sales role), who are responsible for identifying and winning customers, that grow their revenue, profitability and international reach thanks to implementing the Kantox solutions.

The Role

The FX Solution Director INTERNATIONAL is a key management role at Kantox. You will be responsible for driving high revenue growth in international markets outside of DACH, UK, France and Germany. We already established a strong footprint with customers in multiple industries countries like Sweden, Netherlands, Italy and many more. You lead a growing team of FX Specialists (Kantox direct sales role), who are responsible for identifying and winning customers, that grow their revenue, profitability and international reach thanks to implementing the Kantox solutions.

As an FX Solution Director you are both the coach, who develops his team into sales superstars, and the player, who plays with the team at the customer to win the largest opportunities.

You work closely and collaborate cross functionally with your peers in marketing, implementation service, customer success and product management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an existing successful team of FX Specialists
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by winning new customers
  • Hire top talents to grow the existing team
  • Coach your team to develop each FX Specialist into a B2B solution sales superstar
  • Actively support your sales team at the customer in their large opportunities
  • Develop deep C-Level relationships with clients and prospects

 

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in growing and managing sales teams in the software and/or Saas industry
  • A strong track record of overachieving sales targets
  • Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills including first-line management experience and a consistent track record of hiring, developing, and coaching successful teams
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • German as a native language
  • Fluent level of English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the Benelux or Nordics market
  • Strong background with top qualifications in finance, economics or business administration with a relevant master’s degree or similar
  • Knowledge about foreign exchange products is a plus
