The Role
This role involves assisting the BU head and SVP in managing the portfolio of assets in the ANA markets. Responsibilities include supporting BU-level initiatives and reporting, syndicating new private funds, and providing assistance to country teams in investment and asset management activities.
Job Responsibilities
Aid in managing the portfolio of assets in the ANA markets.
Assist in BU-level and HQ initiatives such as budgeting, forecasting, valuation, management retreats, ESG, digitalization, and corporate governance.
Support various BU-level reporting requirements.
Participate in syndication of new private funds and fund management.
Provide support to country teams in investment and divestment transactions, including evaluating deals and preparing approval documents.
Assist country teams in reviewing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Support country teams in developing and executing asset management initiatives and potential exit strategies to maximize asset value.
Job Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in investment and asset management.
Familiarity with real estate markets
Proficiency in financial modeling.
