Join us as a Compliance Investigations Officer (Vice President) responsible for the independent management of investigations from initiation to completion, and the timely remediation / read across of identified control failure(s) and / or areas for enhancement. This role involves interaction with a diverse population of employees within the bank to execute the team's divisional investigation mandate. You will critically investigate each case, comprehensively analyse / document the findings and make the appropriate recommendation(s), as necessary. You will also be responsible for executing the team's mandate as gatekeepers of the Conduct Risk and Disciplinary framework in APAC, to review potential employee misconduct and provide the relevant advice and guidance to partners on the subject matter. You will join the APAC Compliance Investigations function, a cohesive and dynamic team of individual investigators with varied qualifications and background. While you are expected to independently manage the conduct of investigations and other projects, the team provides the back-end support structure and environment for engagement and consultation. Open and honest communications are encouraged to holistically advance the team's divisional investigation mandate in a collaborative and progressive manner.
