- A marketeer with strong business acumen to co-own business targets, budget and delivery of bank goals.
- Team player with ability to partner and negotiate with cross-functional team and stakeholders to successfully deliver mutually successful outcomes
- Provide thought leadership and work with cross function team to create innovative digital marketing campaign across digital channels.
- Plan, oversee and deliver meaningful and effective marketing programs that drive business success across product lines
- Set up key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide campaign results, analyses and reports
- Understand, analyze and use data to derive consumer insights that will develop and drive effective marketing strategies
- Develop and disseminate regular reports, providing performance updates, learnings, and insights.
- Drive user research through regular tests, experiments, and gamification
- Manage creative and media agencies to execute and deliver best in class marketing programs
- Safeguard DBS' brand identity by ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials
- Manage and groom a small number of direct reports to grow to their fullest potential
