About the Role You will drive Aspire's growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities in new industry verticals and use cases. Working closely with the Head of Sales (Singapore), you will build market segments from the ground up by finding unmet customer needs, developing our value proposition, and eventually building a scalable approach.
What will you be doing? - Identify, analyze, and pursue commercial opportunities outside of Aspire's current set of "core" segments
- Make the case for prioritizing among different market opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with prospective clients and industry stakeholders
- Engage with sales development, marketing, and other teams to drive go-to-market strategy
- Drive a highly consultative, solutions-oriented approach to closing deals
We would love to get to know you if you have the following: - Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years of work experience, including in a metrics-driven sales environment
- Combination of entrepreneurial, analytical, and commercial attitudes
- Willingness to "get things done" in the face of ambiguity
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems
- Ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry stakeholders
- A growth mindset coupled with both confidence and humility
- Experience at a growth-stage technology / software company
- Passion for working with startups and SMEs
