My client is one of the leading digital healthcare companies with headquarters in Singapore and operating across SEA. You will be the main point of contact for all key client matters to ensure all their objectives and needs are met.Besides maintaining relationship with current clients, you will also be required to develop new relationships with potential clients.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand existing client base to generate more revenue
  • In depth understanding of account management - what clients want and need, ability to resolve client's concerns
  • The "go to person" in the company for any client related matter
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure the timeline of projects is adhered to on all sides
  • Thorough understanding of all key clients as well as their current market position
  • Exceptional service to be provided to all clients - all issues and complaints should be handled and resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Establish and oversee internal budgets and external budgets with the client
  • Work with the different departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced
  • Consultative approach in understand each client's unique needs and tailor solutions based on each unique cases - how our products can help
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise profit by cross-selling
  • Present on account reports, progressions, situations to the team and stakeholders so they are aware of what is going on

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales/account management roles in financial services or insurance
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and to meet stipulated deadlines
  • Able to work individually to kick start projects/tasks and also be a team player - work with various departments to achieve goals
  • Sound understanding of monthly/quarterly/annual financial projections
  • Able to analyse data and translate results into better solutions to achieve business targets
  • Strong communication and stakeholders management skills
  • Basic computer software knowledge
  • Proven track record of negotiations with clients, delivering solutions and exceeding sales targets
