Accounts Payable Senior Executive (Permanent)

The CompanyOur client, a company in the financial services sector, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Senior Executive to join their dynamic team.

The RoleThe role encompasses a comprehensive range of Accounts Payables functions, including, but not limited to, processing invoices for payment to suppliers and vendors, verifying staff expense claims and facilitating reimbursements, data entries in accounting systems, end-of-month closing activities, and conducting bank reconciliations by verifying entries and comparing system reports. Additionally, responsibilities extend to GST checking and reconciliation, liaising with staff, suppliers, and vendors to address payment issues, arranging funding for payments, issuing Tax Invoices on an ad-hoc basis, and maintaining the Fixed Assets register.

Your ProfileYou should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in performing accounts payable duties. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors.
