We are actively looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in Singapore. This role will report into Accounts Payable Lead for APAC based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the general maintenance of the accounts payable transactions as well as support the financial operations when needed. The ideal candidate should be reliable, analytical and pay laser-focused attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain purchase ledgers - receive, record, process all purchase invoices and match payments.
    • Maintain expense claim system- approve expenses, process expense journals and match payments. Liaise with staff if necessary
    • Maintain multiple mailboxes
    • Maintain electronic invoice filing system
    • Create payment templates
    • Prepare weekly and ad hoc payment runs
    • Manage business and supplier queries
    • Provide reports as required to the Finance team
    • Reconcile supplier statements if necessary
    • Any ad hoc business requirements
About You:
    • 1-2 years+ Accounts Payable experience
    • Experience in working with international companies is preferred but not essential
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, able to work towards deadlines
    • Able to work independently
    • Good working knowledge of Excel
    • Fluency in English and Mandarin
    • Knowledge of Workday and Coupa software, or similar systems is preferred but not essential
    • Degree in Accounting or equivalent
