Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance for administrative support
  • Maintain proper filing and documentations
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Process, coordinate and update sales orders
  • Providing sales support to customers in the showroom
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant educational qualifications (NiTEC, Diploma, Degree)
  • Work experience in sales administration / support function will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
