Analyst/Associate, Private Equity Secondary Advisory, Singapore

About our client
We are working with a leading independent global private equity advisory firm that is looking to add an Analyst or Associate to the secondary advisory side of its private capital advisory team.
What the job involves
As an Analyst or Associate in the team, you can expect to have responsibilities across the transaction process: from origination and execution through to project management and client relationship maintenance and development. The team itself is lean and will therefore offer plenty of scope for career progression.

• Drafting and coordinating the preparation of pitch presentations, information memoranda and other marketing materials
• Supporting on deal origination through market analyses
• Full involvement of executing and project-managing client mandates
• Exposure to clients, buyers, sellers, legal counsels, financing providers and investors
• Proactively supporting the team's MD and VP
• Creating of financial models and business valuations

Who we are looking for

• Investment banking, secondary advisory or relevant corporate finance/sell side advisory experience with at least 1 to 4 years of experience
• Keen to develop a career in the private equity secondary market
• Experience in scoping and executing secondary transactions is advantageous and will be prioritized
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Professional qualification (e.g. CFA) is advantageous
• Demonstrable commercial awareness and a real interest in secondary transactions
