Analyst - Alternative Investments

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible in assisting in the investment and asset management of their alternative investment portfolio.

This will include building and analysing financial models and performing market analysis and research to assess opportunities. You will be providing financial analysis, effective strategic analysis and operational reviews when necessary to support business decision-making.

You will be providing support on any capital markets transactions, assisting in the preparation of information memorandum, marketing brochures and all other marketing material as well as investor and public relations.

Requirements:

Degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent with about 4-5 years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, M&A, investment banking etc.

Proactive, demonstrate initiative, and ability to think independently.
